Rick, I just got off the phone with Randy who is currently at my house fixing all sorts of things. We had a good conversation. He did educate me on the operation of both the heat pump system and the fireplace. He seems like a great guy. In any event, I wanted to thank you and him for helping me out. The place was only 47 degree and dropping so I needed your help and you came though. Please rest assured that you have earned my business: as long as I own this place Phillips Lifestyles will do all of the hvac and fireplace work on it.

Just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how completely pleased & satisfied we are with our Quadra-Fire Pellet Stove. As you know, we outfitted our Quadra-Fire to burn dried shelled corn...and the savings have been almost unbelievable.
Prior to installing our pellet stove, our fuel oil bill was $200 a month on the budget plan ($2000 a year). We installed our new Quadra-Fire on January 15, 2005, and we immediately watched the use of fuel oil go to just a trickle. Last year, based on our reduced usage, our oil supplier reduced our budget plan payment to just $100 a month. I guess they were hoping that we would use at least some oil (we use it just for backup now that the Quadra-Fire is in full use). Well, the good news is that this year, for the '07 - '08 heating season, our fuel oil budget plan payment has again been cut in half to just $50 a month...that's based on the fact that the fuel oil company only made one delivery to our home last winter...and at the end of the season, we still had 5/8 of a tank of fuel oil left, and a $473 credit still on the books.
Needless to say we are extremely pleased. In the meantime, we burned a little over 2 tons of corn last winter at a cost of only $130 a ton. What a savings.
Please feel free to show this e-mail to anyone who is concerned with how much energy costs they can save by using a Quadra-Fire Pellet Stove.

Last week we had a natural gas insert installed at our church in Northport and I want to express my gratitude for the kind of work Tony and Dave did.
The installation was quite difficult because of the old building, the add-ons and the fact that the old chimney did not go directly to the fireplace. They found that drilling through the steel plate in the old fireplace was a real problem. As a result, they were not able to complete their work in one day as planned, but they stayed late and were back on the job the next day in order to complete the installation by the time I had been promised.
Through all of this, they both were very calm, collected and always optimistic that they would meet my deadline. The whole process was very neat and orderly.
I told them how much I appreciated their work, but I want you to be sure to know that also. Working with them, you and John certainly speaks well for your company.
