Features and construction

The Augusta is a solid wood pool table with an elegant, traditional profile. Its arched cabinet styling creates a substantial visual presence without feeling overly ornate, while the tapered legs and router detail add the kind of finishing touches that help a game table look like a true centerpiece. For buyers who want a classic billiards look that still feels warm and residential, this design delivers exactly that balance.

Playability matters just as much as appearance, and the Augusta includes Accu-Fast Cushions. That feature is especially important for players who want a responsive bounce and a consistent feel from rail to rail. Combined with Olhausen’s handcrafted approach, the table is designed for long-term enjoyment in homes where the game room sees regular use.

Olhausen Billiards hand-crafts its tables in a 250,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Portland, Tennessee, and the Augusta is part of that tradition. The table also comes with a Lifetime Warranty, adding confidence for households looking for a major entertainment purchase with lasting value.

Sizes, materials, and finish options

The Augusta is available in 7 ft, 8 ft, 8 1/2 ft, and 9 ft sizes, making it easier to match the table to your room dimensions and playing preferences. That range is helpful for buyers furnishing everything from a more casual rec room to a dedicated game area built for serious play.

Material options include maple, oak, cherry, or walnut, and it is offered in all Olhausen finishes. The main image is shown in an American Walnut finish on oak, which highlights how the design can present a rich, traditional look. Drawer availability is listed as cut into the frame, offering an added design detail for buyers who value built-in storage-style elements in the table’s structure.

Because pool tables are major furniture pieces, size and finish matter in a real way. The Augusta’s selection of dimensions and wood options gives shoppers more flexibility when choosing a table that fits both their room and their preferred visual style.
