Tustin Pool Table by Olhausen

The Tustin pool table brings a refined, substantial look to home recreation spaces that need more than a simple game table. Its solid wood build, flat panel aprons, distinctive legs, and metal cross bar give it a polished presence that feels at home in finished basements, bonus rooms, and dedicated game rooms. For buyers in Traverse City and across the surrounding area, it offers a classic style that works especially well when the goal is to create a centerpiece for gathering, play, and everyday family use.

Phillips Lifestyles supports that purchase with services that make planning easier, including installation and maintenance services and free in-home consultations. Shoppers from East Jordan, Grayling, and Houghton Lake can choose a table with flexible sizing, brand-backed play quality, and local guidance from a team that works with entertainment products every day.

Features and construction

The Tustin is built from solid wood and designed to feel sturdy, elegant, and ready for regular use. Its flat panel aprons create a clean visual line, while the unique-style legs and metal cross bar add character and help the table stand apart from more ordinary rec-room furniture. That combination gives the Tustin a look that is tailored to homeowners who want their pool table to complement the room rather than overpower it.

Playability is equally important. Olhausen equips the Tustin with Accu-Fast Cushions, a feature that supports consistent rebound and dependable response from shot to shot. That matters whether the table is used for casual games after dinner, weekend family tournaments, or more serious practice time. A dependable cushion system helps the table feel predictable and satisfying, which is exactly what many buyers want in a long-term centerpiece.

The Tustin is also available in Maple or Oak wood material, with all Olhausen finishes offered. That gives buyers room to coordinate the table with existing trim, furniture, and flooring. Because color can vary by lighting and device settings, the most reliable way to judge the finish is by the actual material and finish combination selected. The result is a table that balances visual flexibility with the grounded character of real wood construction.

For buyers comparing recreation purchases, it also helps that this model is a true home-furnishings statement piece as well as a game table. The solid construction, premium materials, and warranty support all point to a product intended for long-term use rather than a temporary setup.

Sizing and fit

One of the strongest practical advantages of the Tustin is the size range. It is available in 7 ft, 8 ft, 8 1/2 ft, and 9 ft versions, so buyers can match the table to the scale of the room instead of trying to force the room to adapt. That flexibility is helpful for smaller multipurpose spaces as well as larger dedicated entertainment rooms.

The listed outside dimensions make planning more precise. Modern rail dimensions are 51.5" x 90.5" for the 7 ft size, 56.5" x 100.5" for the 8 ft size, 58.5" x 104.5" for the 8.5 ft size, and 62.5" x 112.5" for the 9 ft size. Those measurements help with layout, clearance, and traffic flow before the table ever arrives, which is especially useful when planning around other furniture or built-in features.

Drawer availability also fits under the frame, adding another useful detail for room planning. While the Tustin is primarily about play and presence, practical fit still matters. Buyers looking to furnish homes across Northern Michigan can appreciate a table that gives them options without sacrificing the strong, traditional feel that makes a pool table feel complete.

In that sense, the Tustin is well suited to households that want a lasting addition to their entertainment space, whether the room is part of a main living level or tucked into a lower-level hangout area.

Brand quality and local support

Olhausen hand-crafts its tables in a 250,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Portland, Tennessee, and backs the Tustin with a lifetime warranty. That combination of manufacturing scale and warranty coverage offers meaningful confidence for buyers who want a purchase they can enjoy for years. It also speaks to the brand’s focus on building tables with lasting value.

Phillips Lifestyles adds a service experience that can help simplify ownership. The company provides expert installation and maintenance services for entertainment tables, along with direct contact options for questions about selection or next steps. Its team also offers a locally rooted, knowledgeable staff and a broader selection of home recreation products, making it easier to build a room that feels coordinated from the start.

That local context matters for buyers in Traverse City and nearby communities, especially when they want product advice from a seller that also supports the items it offers. Phillips Lifestyles presents a practical path from browsing to setup, which can be valuable for a substantial purchase like a pool table.

For a friendly regional note, the wider area also includes places such as South Higgins Lake State Park, a familiar name in northern Michigan. It is a reminder that this table is being chosen for homes across a broad and active part of the region, where a dependable game room centerpiece can see frequent use.
