Endless Pools X500 Swim Spa for Fitness, Family Time, and Recovery

The Endless Pools X500 is a 15-foot swim spa built for households that want one backyard system to support exercise, play, and relaxation. Its adjustable current, three hydromassage seats, and modern steel-framed cabinet give it broad appeal for buyers who want more than a standard spa. For families and active homeowners across Traverse City, as well as nearby East Jordan and Prudenville, it offers a way to make the most of outdoor living with one versatile installation.

Phillips Lifestyles supports the ownership journey with installation and maintenance services, free in-home consultations, spa maintenance support, and repair help. That combination of product depth and service makes the X500 an appealing choice for buyers seeking a premium swim spa with practical support from planning through long-term use. A local-friendly detail worth noting: a day near Young State Park can be followed by the kind of at-home soak and stretch the X500 is designed to deliver.

Features and performance

The X500 is designed as a true swim spa, so it can serve as both a training space and a relaxation destination. Its current is generated by four custom-engineered airless jets with highly variable speed and minimal turbulence. Three round jets provide resistance above an oblong River Jet that adds lift, allowing you to swim, add resistance to aquatic exercise, or create a wave for active play. That makes it a strong fit for homes where one product needs to support multiple routines throughout the week.

For recovery and comfort, the X500 includes three distinct hydromassage seats and 27 hydromassage jets in all. The jet package includes one large jet, two rotary jets, two directional jets, and 22 mini jets, giving the spa a varied massage experience. Two illuminated waterfalls and 16 multi-color points of light add visual interest, while the 4,000-watt heater helps maintain comfortable water temperature for daily use.

Water care is supported by UVC plus CD ozone purification. The cabinet is steel-framed with streamlined, modern styling, and its durable materials are described as virtually maintenance-free. Together, those features give the X500 a polished look and a practical ownership experience for buyers who want high-performance water exercise without a complicated setup.

Just as important, the X500 is designed to be used in more than one way. A family can use the current for movement and play, then shift to the hydromassage seats for quieter recovery later in the day. That versatility is part of its appeal for households comparing a swim spa to separate fitness and relaxation products. The result is a single system that can support a wide range of routines without taking on a bulky, overly complicated feel.

Dimensions, water care, and options

The X500 measures 15' L x 89" W x 50" H and holds 1,650 gallons. It weighs 2,705 pounds empty and 18,220 pounds filled, so proper planning for placement and installation matters. Electrical requirements are 230v/60amp, 60 Hz, and a GFCI-protected sub-panel is included. Those specifications make the X500 a serious backyard system that benefits from careful site review before installation.

Standard and optional equipment help tailor the swim spa to your household. The X500 includes three stainless steel grab rails, and exercise accessory options include an Aquabike, Swim Tether, Rowing Kit, Resistance Bands, and Floor Mirror. Additional upgrades include SwimDek surface kits, Gecko In.Touch 2 and mobile app connectivity, CoolZone, exterior LED lighting, and Signature Steps.

Finish choices include Alpine White or Ice Gray for the acrylic shell and Mocha or Gray for the cabinet. Those selections let buyers match the spa to a range of outdoor designs while keeping the focus on function. For homeowners comparing premium water features, the X500’s mix of swim current, massage seating, and customizable details makes it a well-rounded option.

Because the shell, cabinet, and equipment choices all work together, the X500 can be planned as part of a carefully designed backyard layout rather than as an afterthought. Buyers who want an at-home fitness space often appreciate that the spa supports both structured workouts and easy daily use. Buyers who prioritize comfort tend to value the same model for its seating, lighting, and soothing water features. That flexibility is a major reason the X500 stands out.

Phillips Lifestyles service and support

Phillips Lifestyles provides expert installation and maintenance services for hot tubs, swim spas, fireplaces, and entertainment tables, helping customers move from selection to setup with less hassle. The team also offers free in-home consultations to assist with product selection and placement, which can be especially helpful when planning a swim spa installation that needs the right fit and clear access considerations.

Long-term ownership support is another part of the offering. For buyers who prefer a dealer relationship that continues after delivery, that support can be just as important as the product features themselves.

Phillips Lifestyles has served Northern Michigan since 1980 and operates showrooms in Grawn and Traverse City. The company also offers a contact path for project questions and planning. If you are shopping near South Higgins Lake State Park or in communities such as East Jordan and Prudenville, that combination of regional familiarity and service capability adds confidence to the buying process.
